Juice Festival: NowHaus Housewarming Rave

  • Shipley Art Gallery Prince Consort Road Gateshead, England, NE8 4DX United Kingdom (map)

Join us for the Housewarming Rave of the year, as we unveil NowHaus; a house designed and built by pupils from St Joseph's RCVA Primary School, inspired by the Shipley Art Gallery's collections.

Play in the house, explore the different rooms and delve hands on into this immersive exhibition. No Housewarming Rave is complete without a live DJ, projections and of course, dancing (so get those shapes ready). Sketch your own NowHaus on the gigantic drawing wall, and explore the Chalk Scrapyard where you can make your own architecturally inspired creations to take home.

Welcome home!

NowHaus is designed by Year 4 pupils from St Joseph’s RCVA Primary School and Chalk.

As part of Juice Festival 2016, supported by Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums and hosted by Shipley Art Gallery. You can find out more about the project via our blog.
